To cancel speed upgrade request

Hello Support,
On Friday late night, I requested via online for speed upgrade, and it was confirmed that my connection speed will be upgraded on 3rd July.
And now I have decided to stay with current speed. Hence requesting you to cancel my upgrade request.

I have filled out the online form for cancellation. Is it possible for you to check from your end.
