the technician did not show up on the agreed appointment, now what?

Hello,
I recently moved to a new place, and got a Vodafone contract.

Telekom reached out for the Glasfaser installation appointment which was set two days ago -- two days later, no one showed up.


I called Telekom, they said since the contract is with Vodafone, they cannot help me.

Called Vodafone, they said Telekom handles appointments and I should speak to them again for a new appointment.

I work from home and I need the internet to be able to work. I'm already at >130euros in mobile data extension with phone plan and I cannot continue like this, not knowing when is the next appointment. what should I do?
