Hello,
I recently moved to a new place, and got a Vodafone contract.
Telekom reached out for the Glasfaser installation appointment which was set two days ago -- two days later, no one showed up.
I called Telekom, they said since the contract is with Vodafone, they cannot help me.
Called Vodafone, they said Telekom handles appointments and I should speak to them again for a new appointment.
I work from home and I need the internet to be able to work. I'm already at >130euros in mobile data extension with phone plan and I cannot continue like this, not knowing when is the next appointment. what should I do?

@CobraCane is right: Since you have a contract with Vodafone, they are the ones responsible for your service needs. They also have options to communicate with us if there are cooperations.
We can't assist you directly in this matter, since we have no options to search for your contract. I'm sorry.
