The internet keeps breaking down 2 or 3 times everyday. The light in the middle of the router starts blinking yellow and we need to restart the router at least 2 times to get the internet back.
This keeps affecting our work during our work from home hours. We took the telekom internet for its reliability and stability but we have this problem since the begining of the internet connection from June.2024. Would like the resolution for this problem.
I have raised an online complaint but the person called and said he speaks only German. The number he gave for English support is Invalid. Can I get the support from here

I have the same issue and it is really frustrating. I pay 52 euros and it's happening randomly. does anybody kows what is the reason?
I called. the support and they say change the cable and modem. I changed both but still it is happening :(

Hello @user_5ac1f9, it oftens happens that the reason for disconnects isn't clear. So we try first if a change of the hardware already solve the problem. If that doesn't work, we send out our field service. And that's what I would like to do. Please add your user data and a call back number to your profile and give me a short feedback afterwards.
