Terminate the Telekom plan before the contract period ends

I am an international student studying in Chemnitz, Germany. I do not know to talk in German (so can not contact Telekom via calls) I am moving to Dresden city in order to do my student research project which is compulsory as a part of my study programme. In Dresden, I am staying in Student Dorm/international student hostel which already has its own internet facility. I can not carry my internet facility there. Hence, I want to terminate my Telekom plan by giving three months notice period. Please help me with how to terminate the Telekom plan before the contract period ends. I am ready to bare the cancellation charges.
