Hallo,
Ist es möglich, einen Termin online zu vereinbaren? Ich habe eine Störung gemeldet. Ich brauche einen Termin. Ich muss die Hotline anrufen aber meine deutsche Sprache ist sehr schlecht, am Telefon ist es noch schlimmer. Online kann ich übersetzen, wenn ich es nicht verstehe. Ich habe die englische Hotline angerufen um 0800 3301080 aber niemand antwortete. Ich brauche Hilfe .

Hallo @Anna J., A technicial was at my apartment yesterday and he fixed the problem. Apparently the port and the wirings inside were damaged. Thank you very much for your help.
