Telekom Upgrade Not Available

Question

Usually we used to get a Pop-up to look at upgrade in Telekom in Up Coming months, but unfortunatly for last few months we are not able get any pup-up why it is so? Actually i am eagerly looking forward for an upgrade in my area so i would really need this service.

Im not sure what kind of *Pop-up* you mean? If you want to change ur Landline Connection f.e. upgrade it, you can either log in to your Customer Centre or contact the Customer Service via Phone.
