I applied for telekom internet contract termination as i am moving out but they say there is already a service of telekom provided at

new place but there is no service and there is some other internet provider already there from housing company , i am unable to

terminate my contract i applied for it and got auto reply. how can i end it no call service is helping and nobody knows what to do.

experiencing very bad customer service and no one able to tell anything.
