Technician never showed for VDSL connection/Techniker zeigte nie für VDSL-Verbindung

I´m sorry for writting in english. I have been waiting for connection since almost a month now. I have called by phone, spoken by chat, and went several times to the shop were I signed the contract. The answer is always the same: "they will call you today" but they never do. No one knows when is the connection happening and there is no offer for compensation of any type. I´m wondering if this is just a big scam. I would like to know who is the manager in charge of instalations and how to file a formal complaint.

      This is not an accepted solution. I would like to state that: first you have convinced me to sign a contract under the promise of two weeks connection. That was a false statement. So basically you set up a contract under false statements. Second, after 16 calls, 5 chats, and 4 times going to the shop for some answers finally an appointment (for late next week, was made just this morning, to be clear, 6 weeks waiting not 2 weeks as promised) and I have to believe that just by chance you answer five minutes later (posted for more than a week) and then called this a solved question… what a coincidence!!!
