Technician appointment (technician never called)

Hi,
Yesterday (21.06.2022) the technician had come to activate my internet connection. The message that I received said that the technician should come between 12:00-18:30, but I wait almost until 20:30 and I don't receive any call, any message, anything.
I can believe I just lost one day of my job because I need to be at home all day and the technician didn't even call me to say something.
I need a new appointment as soon as possible because I work from home and without the internet is impossible to do it. I can't lose another day like this.

Well, the technician never call, I have my phone with my all day and I don't have any missing call. Also, I received Telekom messages about the appointment, so the technician should had my number right.
I will wait for the call today to see when I can have the new appointment.

sorry for the late reply.
I have instructed the technician to visit you again to activate your connection.
The new appointment is on 01 July between 12 and 18:30.
Can you be at home on that day?
Unfortunately, I don't have an earlier appointment available.
