Technician appointment and contact

I don't have access to home connection(hausanschluss) after 14:00 and the technician appointment is between 12:00 and 18:30. how to contact the technician to communicate this as I cannot schedule the appointment hourly. Can I ask the technician to come in the morning instead? I don't want to postpone the appointment as I cannot make sure this will not repeat again. The 14:00 cut off is unfortunately a daily issue.

you can follow this link to change your appointment time.

If you have difficulties reading German I can change the appointment for you. Just add your contact number to your profile and send me a time frame in which you are available for a short call.

During the call I will ask for your customer number "Kundennummer" and the last six digits of your IBAN.
