Speedport Smart resetting every 5-15 minutes

A week ago the router is restarting every a few minutes. Today it has been restarted like 15-20 times in 2 hours. It seems to be randomly. Shutting it down for a few minutes didn't help.

I have attached the log file, but it seems like the last restart is the only one registered in the log. If I check the log after the last random restart, the previous messages haven't been saved.

Lamentably the problem continues. 2 restarts in 2 hours.

@lejupp , can you contact with Telekom support team so they can contact me in English if it is needed? I wish to switch to a newer model if it is possible.

      Thanks again for your help.

I have pushed the "inform team" button. Please have a little patience, the team members are quite busy most of the time...

      Hey @theawakeing,

I see that the shutdowns are better, thanks to @Chill erst mal and @lejupp for the help.
I tried to call you, but I could not reach you. The phone number is not available. Is the phone number in your profile correct?
Could you maybe add another number to your profile? And when can I call you?

Please let me know when you changed the number, so I can call you on time. Fröhlich

      Kind regards
      Sana A.

Thanks for the nice conversation @theawakening. As discussed, please try to plug your current router to a different power socket. Additionally, I have initiated the order for the "Speedport Smart 4". Please let me know if the issue still prevails, or you do have any questions. I wish you a great evening. Kind regards, Martin Bo.
