Speedport Pro bei eBay

Hallo zusammen,

 

aktuell werden bei eBay von Privatverkäufern Speedport Pro verkauft, oft mit der Begründung, der wäre ihnen im Rahmen einer Vertragsverlängerung zugeschickt worden, sie hätten aber keine Verwendung dafür.

 

Jetzt darf man natürlich nicht alles für bare Münze nehmen, was auf eBay geschrieben wird. "Nur zum Fotografieren ausgepackt" ist ja die beinahe schon legendäre Umschreibung für eine jahrelange Nutzung mit normalen Gebrauchsspuren, also alles andere als neuwertig.

 

Kennt jemand den Hintergrund, woher die Router wirklich stammen?
Kann mir ja kaum vorstellen, dass die Telekom die zum Weiterverkauf auf eBay verschenkt.

Ich hätte zumindest eine bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung für die Hybrid-Router.

 

[Unterscheidung Pro / Pro Plus]

Selbst die "neuen" Speedport Pro Plus-Router werden noch in einem "Speedport Pro"-Karton geliefert. Nur das beigelegte Handbüchlein hat "Speedport Pro Plus" im Titel. Aktualisiert man die Firmware eines "Speedport Pro" meldet sich der Router nach dem Reboot mit "Speedport Pro Plus". Die Grenzen zwischen beiden Modellen scheinen geradzu völlig zu verschwimmen. Woran kann man einen "echten" Speedport Pro Plus mit WLAN6 von außen erkennen? Nach dem Einschalten hat der "echte" 3 WLANs, eines mit WLAN-<6stellige Zeichenkette> und zwei mit SSID "Quantenna". Aber woran kann man es ausgeschaltet erkennen?

    Hallo @jm2c , ich vermute mal hier geht es eher um die Rechnung als Kaufbeleg (zum Ausschluss von Mietgeräten), nicht um das Ausspionieren von Handels-Margen. Ich gebe zu, dass Geräte, für die kein Kaufnachweis durch den Verkäufer erbracht werden können, ein schwer kalkulierbares Risiko (Stichwort "Hehlerware") sein können. Der Kaufpreis selbst darf ja geschwärzt sein.

     

    Ich fasse diesen Thread mal so zusammen, dass es entsprechende "Geschenke" seitens der Telekom selbst (ggf. allerdings durch Vertriebs-Partner) nicht gibt. Nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann, dass es sich dagegen um Mietgeräte im ausschließlichen Eigentum der Telekom handelt. Auktionsergebnisse von 90-136€ für das Vorgängermodell Speedport Pro (ohne Plus) machen zumindest stutzig.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
