Router not working

Apologies for writing in English.

 

My router doesn't work (Speedport Pro Plus). Either the green lights keep blinking, or I have the 4 yellow lights.


I have tried everything, full reset, router restart, unplugging/plugging back on, but nothing. It's Friday night and I need to work this weekend but am stuck now.

 

I'm also unable to access the speedport online because my laptop doesn't have an Ethernet entrance and, obviously, the wi-fi doesn't work. 

 

Please help as soon as possible.

      @Ana K. make a fault report and have your connection checked to rule out the possibility that it is your telephone connection.

      It wouldn't help you just now, but possible in the future: If your laptop  is equipped with a USB-C port, you can connect such an adapter for a LAN cable. Or another part specified for your device. This can be used to enable wired access to th router.

      Unfortunately you called me yesterday in the afternoon, where I had requested the morning, so I was unable to pick up the phone. When I called you back, customer service couldn't speak English and I was told you would call back in 30mins, but unfortunately no one did. Today I am busy again, but if you can call me after 4:30pm, that would be appreciated.

      As discussed I have initiated the order with the new router.

      I will keep my fingers crossed, that the problem will be solved.
