I finally decide myself to write in this forum because I'm currently desperate with my internet problems.

I've a Telekom internet contract (DSL) since 18 months now. Everything had been fine until some months ago, when I started to have random disconnections from the line. Disconnections were not so long (around 2-3 minutes), but completely random and very frequent once started. This can vary from one every two hours to one every fifteen minutes. Some weeks I've this issue, some weeks I don't have the issue at all.

Three times a normal technician has come to my house, changing the router, the cable to the socket in the wall and the socket itself. As the problem could not be solved a Telekom "expert" came. The day he came I was not having the issue, so he could not see the problem and he just changed the connection socket in my building. This happened two weeks ago and connection was good so far, but now the problem is back.

Is there any way to get rid of this kind of problems or I just need to find another Internet provider?
