Did you possibly cancel with your old provider yourself?
That would be a big mistake, as the providers are supposed to handle that among themselves.
And in that case, two weeks before the termination date would be far too short notice.
Why did you only order the new contract so close to the deadline?

No, i did not cancel any contract. The telekom cancelled my contract with the old provider. And my old provider vodafone cancelled the contract immediately. I was expecting telekom to provide me the replacement internet since they are the one who cancelled my vodafone contract.

Okay, After many contact with the customer service i got my telekom connection activation pdf document for tomorrow .
