I have telekom prepaid and would like to exchange for an iphone esim.

Is that possible?

How do I do that?

Can someone help me?

great to see you here in the Telekom-hilft Community! Of course it is possible to get an e-sim profile for your new iPhone!

If you want to get the help of the Telekom-hilft Team, so you have to fill in your personal data in your profile (you can find the link to the profile in my signature, under my message). After you fill in your profile, you write a short text here, then we can call the Telekom-hilft Team

The Telekom-hilft Team can provide you with the eSim profile in the customer center ! You can download this profile there ! This eSim profile is for free but not using like Multisim by Prepaid

now i activated the e-SIM. If you Scan your QR Code now, it should work.
