Guten Abend @andreaszoske,kein Problem, ich habe die E-Mail von 11:35 Uhr meiner Kollegin aus dem Fachteam direkt erneut an dein E-Mail Postach geschickt.Wichtig ist, das die weitere Korrespondenz dann über das Fachteam geht. Die E-Mail Adresse + das was die Kollegen aus dem Fachteam noch an Nachweisen brauchen, steht direkt in der Mail. Diese klären dies dann mit dir Vernünfig und klar. Aber bitte zur Lösung auf die Mail Adresse im Dokument meiner Kollegen antworten.Herzliche Grüße René J.

I have telekom prepaid and would like to exchange for an iphone esim.

Is that possible?

How do I do that?

Can someone help me?

If you want to get the help of the Telekom-hilft Team, so you have to fill in your personal data in your profile (you can find the link to the profile in my signature, under my message). After you fill in your profile, you write a short text here, then we can call the Telekom-hilft Team

The Telekom-hilft Team can provide you with the eSim profile in the customer center ! You can download this profile there ! This eSim profile is for free but not using like Multisim by Prepaid
