Prepaid number as invalid

Hello,

I missed to recharge my prepaid number on time and received a SMS from Telekom team saying my number will be reactivated as soon as i do a top-up credit. I did the top up credit today , now my internet service is back to normal but my phone number is still inactive. I am unable to place a call or receive call and am constantly receiving the message that my number is Invalid.

Could someone please help me.

Kind Regards,

Malvika

    Hello @malvika.tiwari88

Welcome to the community and thank you for your contribution

There's a cell phone outage today

Affected mobile service via LTE Currently, telephone calls as well as SMS and mobile voicemail via the LTE network may be impaired. Our technicians confirm an internal software error. Data use via LTE and telephony via GSM (2G) continue to work without restrictions. Unfortunately, telephony via the LTE network ( 4G ) can currently lead to long call setup times or errors. We are working on troubleshooting and will continue to provide information.

Hence this is probably not about today's technical problems.

Then the card is now blocked because you forgot to top it up?

Dann ist die Karte wahrscheinlich gesperrt, weil vergessen wurde, aufzuladen?

    Thanks for the input @muc80337_2 @Marcel2605 .

My internet pack is active but my phone number is still invalid, which is unusual if the card is blocked ?

How to unblock the card ?

    Hey @malvika.tiwari88 ,

welcome to our community and thanks for your details.

How does it look today? Is the telephone connection still not working?

As I can see so far, the prepaid contract can be used completely.

Did you already restart your mobile phone?

Looking forward to read from you.

    Best regards
