Order status

I have placed an order for internet connection and my order is still not complete. Will i receive the router before i get the connection activated. I am afraid that the delivery attempt for the router will happen when I am not at home. Is there a way i can pick up the router at my convenient time or are there any alternative. Please suggest.

      Usually, delivery is via DHL. You should receive a shipping notice with further options (delivery to neighbour, Packstation, alternative date, ...).

      okay... If that is the case, the problem is the inhouse cable management and your best choice is to call your landlord to send an electrician or whoever made the cable management.

      Even if I would send you a technician he would probobably no able to do anything.

      P.S.: The other problem still persists though, but I will have a look at it on tuesday and will turn everything back to normal.

      @Johannes P.  Thanks for looking at this. 

       

      Luckily, today I had a technician come from telekom for the other order by mistake, it was a 'blessing in disguise'.  He helped me figure out the issue with one of the lines not connected to my apartment. He was the most customer centric technician i have ever seen and one of the most patient person. Kudos to him i have my internet up and running today.

      thanks a lot for your message - I'm happy to read that you had such a successful experience with our technician.  😍 Blessing in disguise describes it perfectly in this case.

      So we don't need to reverse or cancel the contract?  (like my colleague Johannes initially planned to do - I guess)
