Order status

Hi
I made order for new DSL connection few days back. Except confirmation of receipt and email for Email id confirmation, I have not yet received any information.
Can any help me to track the order status and by when can I expect my device to arrive.
I tried to connect over English speaking customer service, but I guess the lines are down.

Via which sales channel? Telekom online? Phone? Shop? Or via an external agent (check24, ...)?
Typically it takes one to two weeks until an order confirmation ("Auftragsbestätigung") will arrive, either via E-Mail or via snail mail.
Hardware delivery is typically scheduled to arrive s.th. like 3 days before DSL activation (the exact date for that Telekom will communicate in the "Auftragsbestätigung")

Hi !
Recently I received router and setting device from Telekom, along with access data.
However I have not yet received any confirmation letter about the contract either via email or post.
Can any please help me with confirmation letter or contract and when will my connection would active.

Hello @nit2810,
your contract started on the 31st October 2022. Apparently there was in issue that the first letter of confirmation couldn't reach you. You should have received one today sent to your gmail account.
