Order status - Magenta Zuhause M

hello team,
I places an order for new DSL connection ( Magenta Home M) last week. Till date, I have only received an email from Telekom for email-id confirmation (Subject: Please confirm your email address for your landline contract) with Customer Number hidden ( Customer number: xxxxxxx691) .
So I have no reference (order# or customer') to use for tracking the order status when connecting customer care. There is no communication since then from Telekom.
Can any help me to track the order status and tell me when can I expect the connection to start and hardware to be delivered. I am new here and its very difficult to survive without internet, as we need to work from home.
The earlier tenant was using DSL connection, so I know that there shouldn't be any problem with the line to my apartment.
and by when I can expect my device to arrive.
I tried to connect to customer service via call, but everything is in German :).
