Order for new connection shown as cancelled?

I just made a new order for DSL wifi in my home. I checked the My Magenta app and it shows that my order was accepted and then it shows that it failed. I tried the in-app support, and the chat agent asked me for my Kundennummer which I have not received anywhere and is nowhere in the app (there is an order number though). So what is the status of my order? I'm confused.

So what is the status of my order? I'm confused.
What is the exact wording?
There is a big difference between s.th. like "Auftrag eingegangen" and "Auftragsbestätigung".
In areas with resource shortages it can happen that an order ist "storniert" which is then possibly an internal status that is (unfortunately) visible to the customer - and it takes a second or maybe third round the days that follow, in the hope that the order can be realized in the upcoming days.
Only if there is a final failing this would become relevant.
When was the order date? I'd give at least few days a chance...
In case you have filled your forum profile with your contact data, a dummy customer number, the address and time slots when you can be called for authentication purposes a teamie might check the overall situation.
