Order confirmation email not received

Hello Telekom,

 

I applied for an Internet/landline contract on 18 Spet 2025. Since that day I didn't receive new information about it. I still didnt receive any order confirmation or contract details. When ordering I choose 02 October as the date for Telekom Technician Visit to my home for the connection. I tried tracking the order status via Megenta app, but it is always showing as "We are currently processing the order". 

As I also ordered router with my connection, I don't when the router is going to arrive. So please kindly look after this issue.

      I'm so pleased that you want to switch your landline to us.
      I'll be happy to look into what the problem is.
      This will require a personal telephone call. 
      When would be a good time? It would be ideal if you could give us as wide a time window as possible during which we can reach you by telephone.
