Order confirmation email not received

Hello Telekom,

 

I applied for an Internet/landline contract on 18 Spet 2025. Since that day I didn't receive new information about it. I still didnt receive any order confirmation or contract details. When ordering I choose 02 October as the date for Telekom Technician Visit to my home for the connection. I tried tracking the order status via Megenta app, but it is always showing as "We are currently processing the order". 

As I also ordered router with my connection, I don't when the router is going to arrive. So please kindly look after this issue.
