Not able to receive SMS from the bank

Hello,
I am not able to receive any SMS from my bank in India.
According to the bank the messages seem to be delivered from their side.
Is there a way to know if Telekom is blocking them?

we don't normally block SMS.
Would you mind checking the SMS spam filter on your phone itself?

Is problem just with the SMS from your Bank? Do you receive other SMS? Did it work before? Are you able to try another phone number?

@Karsten L. Yes I do receive other SMS and it worked before for me when the bank sent me the messages on my other number.It is only when I switched to my telekom number I stopped receiving all the SMS from my bank

Okay, then please provide the following details via this form, so I can inform our technique to have a look at it.
- Name of the Bank and the number of the bank they are sending out the SMS with
- Your own phone number
- Date and time when the SMS should be delivered/ was sent
- Device you are using (Type and Software-version)
