No internet on new connection - Magenta L - Kabel fehler (E0)

Hello everyone,

Sorry, my Deutsch is not very good. 

Today was my activation day and I connected my router to DSL cable at 8 in morning. On https://termin.telekom.de/ it says "Technician has completed your order" but there is no connection.
There is just Amber light blinking saying Kabel Fehler E0, I tried restarting several times but no success.

I tried calling 08003301000, but the lady didn't speak English and I couldn't explain her my problem very well in my broken Deutsch Weinend
Can someone please help me on this?
