No confirmation email for DSL

Hello, 


9 days ago I applied to set up internet in my new house and was informed that I would receive an order confirmation email in 2-3 days however I have not received anything. I was hoping to get some help as to what to do next or if there is a way to check the order status.

      I had a look at your order, and it looks like the lines to your home are used, but the technique is already informed. I'll check the current status tomorrow again and keep you up to date. Fröhlich

      Checked everything again. The order is confirmed and the appointment will be on 7th of April 2021. You should also already have the confirmation via E-Mail.
