My Speedport isn't activated

I received the router Speedport Smart 3 and is connected but after 3 days still no connection. Could someone help me to activate? I try to contact 08003001188 but seems that none speak English. Any suggestion?

      Is the connection already switched?

      You should have received the date with the order confirmation.

      Yes! I received an email that tell me on 03/07 to connect the router to the cable. Since then I'm waiting. Nothing happens.

      I'm sorry for the late reply.
      I had a look at your line and is activated since 7th of July 2021.
      Did you set up your Speedport Smart 3 with auto config? Which LED's are on or flashing?

      Hi! Finally I contacted local store and they send a technician that fix the issue that was related with internal plug. Thank you so much!
