My Fiber optic is still not established 1.5 years after

This is joke. I set up the contract with Telekom in Feb 2025 for the Fiber 1000 on the terms that "everything is ready". I let them sign off my previous contract (CoAX 1000) and start my Glasfaser journey with them. When the contract started and engineer showed up, he installed the router (but not the socket) and connected me to DSL 100mbps.
I asked the logic question : "When the fiber will be installed?". He said: "We are already working on setting it up in your basement. Once its done, the socket will be installed". I said "Ok" and kept on waiting.
Today is October 2026, which is almost a year since that happened. And fiber is still not connected to my apartment. Moreover, its not even established in the basement. No processes were started. Multiple calls to the hotline led to "Its fine just wait".
Checking my house on the Glasfaser map it says that everything is done there, and even 2gpbs throughput is available! (its not).
Why should I wait a year for something that you claimed "ALREADY DONE" 1.5 years ago? Why should I pay 50 eur for my DSL 100, while I paid 65 eur and received 1000mbps with the previous provider?
Even when they clearly said multiple times to me that they 'can not provide' the asked service, they still don't let me cancel the contract.
This is such a scam.

Only if you didn't understand what kind of contracts you signed.
