Moving to a new address, Telekom Glasfaser is not available but Vodafone installed optical fibre in the building

Hello,

I'm using Telekom Glasfaser from May 2024 and I have 2 years contract. But from 1st November 2024 I will be moving to a new address. Unfortunately in my new address Telekom is not available.

It's a new building and my landlord told me Vodafone has installed fibre optic cable in the building. Is it possible for Telekom to provide Glasfaser internet via Vodafone's existing fibre optic network?

Can I request for a address change in this case or I have to cancel the contract with Telekom?

@Abdullah A I would suggest, you just order a move of your current contract to the new adress " as per TKG " using telephone hotline. If Telekom is not able to provide the exact same service as current, you should be able to terminat your running contract 4 weeks after.
