making new appointment with technician

Hello,

I transferred cable contract from other company to Telekom one year ago. It supposed to be switched recently, and there was an appointment with the technician for setting up new modem. However, I miss it and would like to call for a new appointment. This process requires a pin code that send by SMS message, and I cannot receive it because I change my phone number. How can I complete this process and make the appointment successfully?

      Please enter your Kd number and callback number for the team, and also note under “Further information” when you can be reached by phone. (specify time slot) 

      To enter the data, click on your avatar at the top right and select my settings.

      This data can then only be seen by you and by Telekom employees of the team.

      Data protection is therefore guaranteed.

      Activate the “I consent to the use of my data” button.

      Don't forget to save, then write a short note when you have successfully completed the process.

      Please have the last 6 digits of your IBAN ready for legitimization on the phone.
