MagentaZuhause XL mit TV Plus - plötzlich nur noch 20 MBit download

Hallo,

mein Anschluss läuft eigentlich seit Jahr und Tag gut. Ich hatte aber nun festgestellt, dass MR 401 und 201 plötzlich ruckelten.

 

Mehrere Speedtests haben dann ergeben: Upload 44 MBit (ok), aber Download nur noch 20 MBit - anstatt 250...

 

Könnte man mal meine Leitung checken?

    Hallo @floppyfisch ,

    Sie haben doch den Speedport Smart 3 als Router. Der Speedport Smart 3 kann auch Mesh, also der hat quasi sowas schon in sich drin.

     

    Bitte der Anleitung folgen, wo beschrieben wird, wie Sie das mit WPS verbinden. Und am Ende nicht das WLAN am Router ausstellen.

    Also eigentlich einen Speed Home WiFi in der Nähe des Routers aufstellen, warten bis Speed Home WiFi bereit zum Koppeln (erkennbar an LEDs), dann mit WPS mit Speedport Smart 3 verbinden, dann 10 Minuten warten, dann zweiten Speed Home WiFi verbinden, 10 Minuten warten, dann zum endgültigen Platz bringen.

    Hallo @floppyfisch ,

    das sollte von alleine geschehen. Wenn Sie es jetzt schon gesehen haben, dann können Sie es auch manuell auslösen über "Auf Upfate prüfen" an dieser Stelle im Router-Konfigprogramm:

     

    Bild nicht vorhanden

    Ich habe - wie Sie sehen auch noch die 6 hinten, das neue Update kam gerade erst raus.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
