Was ist nun richtig?

Ein Mitarbeiter von Telekom machte mir das Angebot auf Magenta Zuhause S Hybrid zu wechseln (hätte ich gerne).

Aber auf den Seiten von Telekom wird mir angezeigt, dass das bei mir nicht möglich ist!

"Am markierten Punkt ist leider keine Mobilfunktechnologie verfügbar."

Laut ihrenm Mitarbeiter wäre es möglich! Wem soll ich glauben?
