Magenta TV Flex gekündigt. Trotzdem Abbuchung

Hallo,

ich habe am 03.12.2022 Magenta TV Flex gebucht und am selben Tag gekündigt. Die Kündigungsbestätigung habe ich via E-Mail bekommen. Trotzdem wird mir nun auch der ganze Januar in Rechnung gestellt.

Eine Kontaktaufnahme via E-Mail blieb bisher erfolglos!
