Magenta EINS unlimited — Cannot order online

Hello there,
I want to switch to Magenta EINS unlimited however I cannot do it online, the website throws an error. The same happens with the Magenta app. Could you please do it for me?

So your starting position is that on fixed network side you have MagentaZuhause XL since August 11th 2021.
What is it on mobile network side? Do you have a Telekom mobile contract? If so in which tariff?
(e.g. a MagentaMobil L withouot smartphone costs 60 Euro, if bundled into MagentaEINS then the monthly price drops down to 55 or 50 Euro.
On the other hand a MagentaMobil EINS tariff costs 80 Euro (which would be a upgrade, comparing with 60) but in combination with MagentaEINS Unlimited the price drops down to 45 Euro (wich would be a downgrade, comparing with 55 or 50) - and Telekom does not like downgrades.
