Good night.
Since a couple months back I stop having access to router admin panel.
I tried to reset the router, access via WiFi and cable connected directly to the router, I tried several browsers Firefox Brave edge chrome, without success.
I use the link speedport.Ip and the IP address 192.168.2.1 has suggested in meinmagenta app.
All come back with connection, refuse or to check the firewall.
I have currently Tailscale app and I’m configuring my private home server with firewall and cloudflare service, but I need access to the router to setup some settings, and I can’t do it via MeinMagenta
I used different species connected vehicle cable and the result came the same.
Please help me

Hello @Joaquim Vieira,
the easiest way to connect to your Speedport Smart 4 Plus would be via a computer that is directly connected to it via LAN.
Are we really talking about a direct connection in your case or are there some extra steps in between via a switch, your private server or other intermediaries?
Have you cleared the caches of the browsers you used?
The only other thing, I could think of, is the use of the mentioned "cloudflare service." Though I am not quite sure which exact service this should be, I do know that cloudflare has notoriously bad connections to our network. Would it be possible to turn that off for testing purposes?

Hi Support team and community,
I manage to login, but i needed to restart the router and clean the cache on the browser, weird.
@Jonas Bl. I was accessing via lan, but somehow was given error page.
@CyberSW Speedport Smart 4 plus.
Issue solved, this case can be closed now
