Internet connection not active

Question

Hello,

I received a call today that my internet is active now. So I connected the router and set it up but internet does not work and it gives a message.

dieser internetanschluss ist zur zeit nicht aktiv. Bitte führen Sie eine Anschlussprüfung durch und wissen Sie uns mit dem Ergebnis.

The interesting thing is, I can connect to the webpage " http://kundencenter.telekom.de " and check my contract details. But I cannot connect to any other websites.

So now I don't know what's the problem. Could the Telekom Service team can check the problem? Let me know if i need to provide any more information.

Hi @Tooba Shahzad,thank you for the pleasant call. The technician had troubles enabling you internet connection remotely. The new appointment will be tomorrow 13th November from 08:00 am -12:00. He needs access to your internet socket in your flat and the  APL  (the internet connection point). If you are in need of further assistance please let me know.Kind regardsSören G.
