I don't have any fiber cable instalation inside my appartement but exist in the building

I've received my router and modem, but I lack the necessary installation materials to connect the modem to the source. Since I don't speak German and haven't been able to reach someone who speaks English on the phone, I'm seeking assistance. I may need a technician to help with the installation in my house.

      Excellent, Simply connect the telephone cable into the TAE socket at the bottom right. Connect the LAN ports with patch cables to the sockets at the top if you need LAN in the rooms

      It didnt work because this is old instalation by vodafone dsl what I have now is mega XL fiber glass and I have also a modem but need a place to connect to, the weird they send me email that everything is good in the building

      @Oussama Telekom accepted the contract and sent you a fiber modem, that must mean that Telekom at least think that they have put a fiber socket somewhere in your house.

       

       I'll make a wild guess: The leftmost of the orange LAN cables in your distribution box seems to be unabeled:

      Could it be that it leads to the basement (or other room) where the fiber socket ( GF-TA in Telekom lingo) is located? In this case, you would leave the modem in that room and connect it to the GF-TA , power and to the LAN socket at the end of the orange cable. Then the blue "WAN" port of the router is connected to the unabeled orange cable in the distribution box.

       

      If needed, connect the yellow LAN ports on the router with the other LAN sockets to provide connectivity to the LAN outlets in the respective rooms.

      But since everything also took its time from visiting the building to connecting it, I think that the next step will also take a few weeks.
