How Long is the Fiberglass Connection Time

Our building, in Frankfurt, has GlassFiber box in the cellar. I was trying to have a contract with Telekom but on Check24.de, the waiting duration suggests it can be done at the start of June earliest. Is that really the case? I moved into a new apartment and was hoping it would take 1 week maximum. Do I need to contact real customer service instead of Check24.de 's information?

I assume that the fiber connection is not yet finalized in your building, but that the connection is already in the house is a good sign. Otherwise, the lead time shouldn't be longer than a couple of days.

Normally, you always see 0800 330 1000 on the display when we call 😊 However, we have not yet received any feedback from the specialist department, so the call was definitely not from us 🙏🏽

They fixed the landlord consent issue. I already made a contract, got the modem and waiting for technician appointment :)
