[Help In English] Moving DSL connection to the new address

Dear Telekom Support,

I am moving to a new address (in the same city) within the next 2 weeks.

Currently I have a 175Mbps DSL and the new address supports 250Mbps.

Now my question is: what's the process to move my DSL to the new address? (keeping the same number if possible, and upgrade the connection to 250Mbps)

      This should be easy to complete. Or you can wait here for the Telekom Team to support you. @Waage1969 has already informed them about your request here so they should contact you soon.

      Although I cancelled my contract on August 26, I received a new invoice from Telekom today.

       

      It says "IHRE RECHNUNG FÜR OKTOBER 2022" and then it has a few items named "Zeitraum" for August, September and October, and at the end it has a "Heimnetz Paket Smart" 

      And it mentions a one-time fee for providing a service at the new address. (Umzug: Für die Bereitstellung des Anschlusses an Ihrer neuen Adresse berechnen wir ein einmaliges Entgelt.)

      I think there's been a mistake in your accounting department, considering that I cancelled my contract and I don't have an active DSL contract/connection. Can you please check?

      Yes they contacted me via email and I have to return the modem so the costs are refunded.
