in my apartment there’s a fiber optic line from KurpfalzTEL.
However since they’re way too expensive I’d like to make a contract with telekom.
KurpfalzTEL said they’re providing open access and but didn’t confirm whether any providers would have access to open access.
Also, they said that if I’d like to make a contract with other providers I can give the serial number of the modem (which was installed by KurpfalzTEL).
I recently canceled a glasfaser contract with telekom because of late installation date but if telekom can provide glasfaser internet via their glasfaser line I’m willing to make a contract again.
Could anyone please check it?

There is currently no cooperation between Telekom and KurpfalzTEL. Therefore, you cannot get a fiber optic connection from Telekom.

Unfortunately we don't have a cooperation and can't provide a fiber-connection through their line.
