Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.

auf der Seite der Gigabit Region Stuttgart wird die Deutsche Giga Access als Partner genannt:
https://www.gigabit-region-stuttgart.de/partner/.
Daher bin ich davon ausgegenagen, dass bereits ein Kooperationsvertrag besteht. Die Telekom gehört ja ebenfalls diesem Verband an.
Wer von den oben genannten 3 Partner braucht den Kooperationsvertrag?
Oder müssen alle 3 eine Partnerschaft mit der Telekom haben? Damit ich Open Access durch die Telekom nutzen kann.

Hast du dort mal angerufen und nachgefragt?
Ich würde direkt bei allen beteiligten Anfragen, bei Telekom direkt bei der Hotline, und dort anfragen.
Ggf. hast du aber Glück und ein Teamie kann dir Heute noch Infos dazu geben.
Ansonsten konnte ich nur bei Merkur einen Artikel finden, der eher nicht auf eine bestehende Kooperation hindeutet.

Am besten nochmal mit allen beteiligten Sprechen.
Ansonsten schau dir das Angebot an und nimm es ggf. mit.
Besser als ohne Glasfaser sollte es schon sein.
Und falls der Wind mal dreht, kannst du immer noch zur Telekom wechsel.
Z.B. reden Telekom und Deutsche Glasfaser auch scheinbar schon über eine Kooperation.
Es steht also auch hier ein Wechsel an.

Der Hausanschluss wird durch die Deutsche Giga Access GmbH (DGA) mit ihrer Tochtergesellschaft Deutsche Giga West GmbH (DGW) realisiert.
Wenn der nichts oder kaum was kostet: her damit!
So würde ich das in Angriff nehmen.
Ob die Telekom dann irgendwann im Rahmen einer Kooperation Dir einen Tarif anbietet - oder ggf. auch selbst ausbaut - das wird man dann sehen.
Gut wäre wenn eine Mehrsparteneinführung verbaut werden würde und wenn Du zusätzlich ein Leerrohr mit dazuorganisiert bekommst. Geht natürlich nur dann einfach wenn aufgegraben wird auf Deinem Grundstück.
