Hi, this is frankly a bit ridiculous now. My fiber optic switch was supposed to be installed on 25th September, then 16th October and then 10 November but everytime, including for the last time, the appointment gets cancelled. It has not even been rescheduled again. If this is the service before even the connection is installed, maybe it's better to just cancel the contract?
