Festnetz contract not visible in Kundencenter

Hello,

I have a Telekom fixed-line internet contract (Festnetz only, no mobile).

I can log in with my Telekom ID, but my contract does not appear in Kundencenter.

I also cannot add my Kundennummer manually.

Please link my Festnetz contract to my Telekom ID.

I can provide my Kundennummer and address via private message.

      Your landline contract does already have a Kundencenter login. Please use the "Internet Zugangsdaten" we sent you as the contract started. 

      If you don't have this data anymore, you can apply for them with this form
