English - Unstable DSL internet

Dear Telekom Customer Service,

 

I have been a satisfied Telekom customer with DSL Internet since 2022. However, over the last two months, my connection has been repeatedly disconnected for several minutes at a time, several times a day.
I have tried to solve the problem by rebooting my router, but the problem persists. I then repeatedly reported this issue to Telekom, which resulted in a technician being sent to my home to investigate. The Telekom technician identified a potential problem with my cable, which was then replaced by my home management technician. I even personally supervised his work to make sure everything was fixed properly. Unfortunately, within half a day of the repair, the connection problems resurfaced.


Therefore, could you please re-evaluate my connection from your side? I'm working from home so this problem makes me really frustrated.

      As discussed, I could see the breaks on the connection and the line values look very bad 😓 The technician will take a look at the connection on Saturday, 09.03.2024 between 8 - 12 o'clock as discussed 👍🏽

       

      Please give me feedback after the technician's appointment.

      thanks for your final feedback 😊 
      I've just had a look and don't see any of our routers in stock. You don't need to send the old router back to us as you probably bought it somewhere else 🙂

      Thanks for your reply.

      Actually, I rented this router from Telekom along with my Internet contract, for which I pay €6.95 per month. I noticed that there is a difference between my customer number on the customer center xxx and on the delivery note of the router xxx. Therefore, could you please check once again whether I should return my this router?
