Internet problem - English

Hi,

 

Since the past hour my Internet has been disconnecting. It reconnects, after a couple minutes it disconnects again.

It is a 100/40 vdsl connection w/ a speed port smart 3.

If I look when connected router also says it synced at 70 Mbps, whereas this normally would be 100 ish. So something seems wrong somewhere.

I tried to call it in but I found no English menu option in the call center menu.

Anyone know how could this be reported or where in English?
