Hi Telekom, 

I want to port my pre-paid number to another mobile service provider in Germany. The new provider said that they have tried porting the number but it was refused by Telekom and that I need to ask Telekom to approve the porting. However, since I don't speak German, I can't request it over the phone.

Please help!
