[English] MagentaZuhause L - DSL Connection keeps dropping and shows "Not Synchronous"

Hello,

 

I have been going thru multiple relevant articles for reported issue but the solutions couldn't help with my problem.

 

Im using MagentaZuhause L - DSL Connection with SpeedPort Hybrid Router. 

 

My internet connection keeps dropping every 5-10 mins most of the time. Occasionally will be stable for an hour or so for some days but never seen stable since I have installed the internet connection. I have tried resetting router, resetting DSL connection, Firmware Update  but no luck.

 

Attached the router status information. Could someone assist me with it please, its really challenging for me to work with such an unstable connection.

      please edit your post. Because in the picture now is something, that ist not allowed to show everybody (for your data security). Take the picture out of the post and put another in.

      Please black/kill this numbers: 

      Serial number

      IMEI number

      Hello Louisa,

       

      I was lil busy didn't realize the call. My bad.

       

      A technician has assigned and planned to come home to look on to the issue on Monday.

       

      The team has already tried resetting the line and I have once reset my router but no luck.

      There was a wiring issue in the home, the technician help to address it and all smooth thereafter Fröhlich Thanks everyone for the help.
