DSL Leitung wird trotz bestätigter Kündigung nicht freigegeben

Keine Freigabe der Leitung trotz Kündigung. Die Vormieterin hat einen DSL-Vertragbei der Telekom und hat diesen gekündigt. Jetzt ist mein Sohn eingezogen und will einen DSL-Vertag eines anderen Anbieters, die Telekom sagt, der Vertrag läuft noch bis zum März 2021.

Das kann doch nicht sein?
