DSL funktioniert plötzlich nicht

Seit heute früh leuchtet bei uns die DSL Anzeige nicht mehr. Wir haben alle Verbindungen überprüft und ein Reset durchgeführt. Nichts hilft. Vor der Tür wird allerdings gebuddelt und Glasfaser verlegt. Kann es sein, dass ein Kabel beschädigt wurde?
